Chris Kastenholz: From College Dropout To Making Forbes 30 under 30

Chris Kastenholz, co-founder and CEO of the Pulse Group, had a somewhat unconventional start to his career. He was kicked out of college for failing an exam three times in a row.

Dropping out of his business degree ended up being the best thing that could have happened to him. It awakened his desire, energy, and determination to succeed! He soon went on to work for start ups worldwide, went back to college, and completed university at the top of his class.

Today, he runs Pulse Advertising as co-founder and CEO, which has become the market leader in influencer marketing with offices in Hamburg, Milan, London and New York.

Pulse has grown to 125 employees and counting, with a competitive advantage due to its advertising and talent management divisions.
